Introduction
This privacy notice is to provide information to you on how your personal information is collected and used within our organisation and the circumstances in which we may share it with third parties.

When, why and with whom do we share your personal information?

Only people who need to access your information will be able to do so. Other than in the course of providing the statutory functions of Wakefield LMC or as otherwise described in this notice, we will not share personal information with any third party without your consent.

Retention periods
Records about you are retained for up to 1 year following us being notified of your retirement or moving out of Wakefield LMC area. Minutes of Wakefield LMC meetings and monthly newsletters are stored indefinitely for historical and educational purposes.
